Three different types of venues in Leicester

1. Georgian

Because of Leicester’s affluent history, there are numerous buildings in the have survived from the Georgian period. Many have needed restoration but this has been carried out to the highest standard allowing these venues to ooze style and sophistication into Leicester city centre.
Many of these buildings are now hotels and are additionally suitable for a venue due to the overnight facilities

2. Modern

Leicester city council is always looking for ways in which the city can develop and this has lead to a variety of sleek modern venues being built. These include hotels, libraries and retail facilities. Although these are not all traditional venue choices, choosing a venue a little out of the ordinary could add to the success of your event.

3. Roman

Leicester’s history dates back to the Roman era and therefore some of the venues Leicester foundations can be dated back to these times, including some of the museums. Although a museum is not a popular venue choice it would allow for beautiful photographs and add that extra ‘wow’ factor.
